How to reach Habit, cancel, and request customer data changes.

Email [e-mail]. Include your shop domain (for example your-store.myshopify.com) so we can find the right account.

Cancel or uninstall

Use the Cancel button on the Billing page, or uninstall Habit from Shopify. You do not need a support ticket to leave.

Privacy and data

For customer data requests (export or deletion), email support from the store owner address and include the shop domain. Habit honors Shopify’s mandatory GDPR webhooks when a customer requests erasure from your store.
